Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners andpotential employers for student placements. 2. Conduct outreach and networking to explore new partnership opportunities forbusiness growth. 3. Support in coordinating placement activities, including scheduling interviewsand follow-ups with companies. 4. Conduct market research and contribute to developing business developmentstrategies. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare presentations and promotional material for industry outreach. 6. Assist in organizing corporate meetings, events, and industry tie-ups. 7. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between students, faculty, andplacement partners.

Qualifications:

a. MBA or BTech graduate with an interest in business development, marketing, orhuman resources. b. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. c. Ability to multitask, organize, and manage placement-related activities efficiently. d. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). e. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently or aspart of a team.
